Background
We were asked by Linkedin to re-imagine what their future workplace might look like, how it might be used, and the type of culture it would support post-pandemic. Through inclusive work policies, community engagement, and a focus on wholistic wellness, this proposal became a global standard for Linkedin's workplace and real estate teams.
What I did
I managed a team of strategists, designers, and consultants across 3 time zones. Starting with desktop research, we used client feedback to develop emerging trends into actionable recommendations, eventually presenting a workplace experience strategy to Linkedin leadership.

Internally, the speculative storytelling methods I developed were later incorporated into engagements for key accounts like Microsoft and Adobe.

Primary feedback from Linkedin employee interviews/surveys was combined with emerging WFH trends to help the team form an idea of what post-pandemic work-life integration might look like.

Building a Story
Illustrating  a Plausible Future

Building off of feedback from the client, we developed "how might we..." statements into actionable proposals. I created the graphics for the final presentation, crafting a cohesive and far reaching story.
